Melbourne Fringe - Posters and Flyers Guidelines

Due Date for delivery of Posters and Flyers to Melbourne Fringe is 15th September.

15th September is the date that your 5-10 posters and/or 20 flyers need to be sitting in our in-tray, affectionately known as Penelope, not the day you put them in the post.

If you do not supply your printed collateral by this time, we may not be able to display it in the Festival Hub. If you miss the deadline, provide us with your posters as soon as you can and we will do our best to put them up.

Our Requirements for Posters and Flyers 2025:

• They need to be delivered by 15th September
• We need 5 to 10 posters, and 20 flyers
• Your flyers must have “Do Not Litter” written on them in at least size 10 font
• They need to have the Melbourne Fringe Logo on them (it’s HERE)
• We need to have them addressed to “Melbourne Fringe” (otherwise they will get return to sender back to you)
