Downstairs of the main bar and lounge of Wheat, Wine and Whisky is a function area with a small stage available for hire during Melbourne Fringe. It seats 60 pax with standing room for up to 80.
There is no backstage area so it is best suited to stand-up, storytelling, comedy, sketch, and acoustic performance. There is a basic light and sound system provided, and the venue manages the front of house, door and bar. Advertising and the supply of posters is the responsibility of the artist.
Hire is $125 per show and the room may be shared between multiple shows a night.
