*The venue is situated in one of Melbourne's famous laneways which is peppered with bars and restaurants, so there is lots of foot traffic.
The venue has a creatively decorated lobby with a fully licensed bar, colourful decor and stylish bar tables and chairs for punters to relax with a drink before or after the show.
The theatre will have a big stage that will be ideal for medium to large ensemble shows, but can also host smaller cast shows too.*

During festivals where artists have a choice of ticketing providers (e.g. MICF), tickets must be sold via The Improv Conspiracy's website.
During festivals that require ticketing through their providers (e.g. Fringe Festival), artists will have visibility on the Improv Conspiracy website with a link to ticket sales.
Tickets will also be available at our venue for in-person purchase before the show.
Note: For festivals where tickets are sold via the Improv Conspiracy website, the site cannot support pricing points outside of Full, Concession or Group. Artists are welcome to create discount codes and offer comps at their discretion. Please let us know if youβre planning to add any pricing points (for example Mobtix) and we can provide more info on how to go about this.

<aside> π° Venue Hire Fees β Minimums and Box Office Split
We do not require any upfront costs for reserving the venue as long as a contract is signed. After your showβs season, we will charge a box office split, with a minimum fee due regardless of sales.
If your average ticket price β including concession/group discounts, before any applicable inside fees β is at least $25, you will be eligible for our best possible box office split of 30/70 (venue and producer).
If you elect to charge less for tickets, your split may be adjusted as far as 40/60 (venue and producer). The specific formula for this will be spelled out in your final contract.
The minimum due is $200 per performance. Please note that should a performance take place on a public holiday, there is a 15% surcharge to account for increased venue staffing costs. Please note that any cancelled performances still count towards your minimum.
The final fee will be the higher of your minimum fee, and your box office split.
