ORGANISATION INFO
NAFA is a 30 day hybrid festival 70% open access fringe and 30% curated program situated in Townsville, North Queensland during our 'winter' June/ July annually. I say winter but 18 degrees is a great escape from the southern temperatures. Timed just before Edinburgh Fringe come up North and warm up before heading over the Edinburgh.

Coming from a technical production background and a part of the arts industry in Townsville fir the last 18 years. I have been with NAFA since its inaugural year 2019 and have quite quickly moved through the ranks to now be in my second year of festival direction. My passion is bringing never before things to Townsville and seeing the joy on the audiences faces as they leave the festival site.
