How to add a link to Eventotron.docx
Live events, and events hosted on any platform other than on YouTube, Vimeo, Soundcloud, or Twitch, will need to add an external link on Eventotron. You can add your link to the “Dates, Times & Prices” section of Eventotron up to 72 hours before your first event.
Step 1 - Go to www.eventotron.com and select your Melbourne Fringe Festival 2021 event.
Step 2 - Click on “Dates, Times & Prices” under “Digital Fringe”, then click on the Red Video Camera icon. If you have multiple sessions you will need to re-enter the link for each session by clicking on each Red Video Camera Icon and following steps 3 – 6. The link can be different per session if required, but please check very carefully that you have entered the correct link for the correct session.
Step 3 - Select your Streaming Type from the dropdown menu. This should be Zoom Call, Facebook Live, or Other.
Step 4 - Paste your link in the “Link / Embed Code” text box. (i.e. https://www.mywonderfulshow.com)
Step 5 – If you have multiple sessions, click “Update other performances/sessions” and select all of your performances.
Step 6 - Select “Save Changes”. After you’ve saved make sure you don’t change your link without first emailing [email protected].
